Another Weekend At Salisbury Beach

The Granite Staters and The Yankee Travelers are going back to the BEACH
Friday October 15 - Sunday October 17, 2004

Rain or shine, the ocean is still a wonderful place to spend a weekend. Many people believe October is the best time there is to walk the beach, to enjoy the smell of the salt air and the power of the surf. Something different this year, decorate your coach Halloween style and win a prize.

Register with the Park: Register in advance or register at the park
Advance Registration: Call (877) 422-6762 prior to October 12 to register over the phone with credit card. This will speed up the process at the gate and allow you to select your site in advance. ($8.00 service fee) At the Park: Register upon entry to the park. (no service fee)
Fees, inc1udes electric, water and dump station: $17.00 per night if you are a Massachusetts resident.
$20.00 per night if you live elsewhere.

Instructions: When you enter the campground tell the attendant at the gate that you are with FMCA. If you do not already have a site assigned, they will assign one at this time. After you park, come to the tent on Site D13 to sign the register.

Fees: If you are not a paid up member of either chapter your fee will be $10.00. You can pay that amount or join one or both of the chapters at the tent. Chapter fees are $10.00 per year.

Directions:

From the South: I-495, exit 55. Take Rt. 110 east to Salisbury center, then Rt. 1A north. The state park is on the right about 2 miles ahead.
From the North: I-95 exit 58. Take Rt. 110 east to Salisbury center, then Rt. 1A north. The state park is on the right about 2 miles ahead.

Activities: Decorate your coach for Halloween
Friday 5:30pm... Soup by Tom and Ellen
6:00pm... Let's get together under the tent for dessert.
(A to M Bring something to share and a log for the fire)
6:00pm... Music by John Doheney (FI39037)
Saturday 8:00am... Coffee and ....
10:00am... Coach judging (50% vote by members, 50% vote by others in campground)
12:00am... Collect ballots for Best Decorated Coach
1:00pm... Shriners Pick Up Aluminum Tabs
Announcement of Best Decorated Coach
4:30-6:30pm... Dinner at The Hungry Traveler. As in the past, we will leave from the campground in small groups to accommodate people without cars.
6:30pm... Dessert sponsored by N to Z
Music by John Doheney and conversations by the fire
Sunday 8:00am... Coffee and ....
