The Top Guns Rally and Auction is set for July 14, 15, 16, 2000. Mark your calendar! There are five chapters involved in this country western weekend; Mass Minutemen, Yankee Travelers, Granite Staters, Green Mountain, and Northeastern Chapter. Also, you can turn your junk treasures into cash at the auction on Saturday! Contact a chapter officer or rally host, Bill Mattress, for further info or if you would like to help out.

AUCTION RULES
FOR TOP GUNS RALLY

  • All are welcome to buy, sell, or just watch.
  • This sale is for the benefit of members, their guests, and each chapter.
  • Bring your own lawn chair.
  • Be sure to bring your items (new or used, cheap or expensive) to the pavilion between 10 am and noon for registration.
  • All items will be sold to the highest bidder.
  • If not happy with the bidding, sellers can bid on their own items but will be charged a 10% no-sale fee if successful. (Capped at $10.)
  • Sellers will receive the lion’s share, 75% of the selling price.
  • Sellers will be paid for their items at the end of the auction.
  • All items will be sold without express warranty.
  • All sales are final.
  • Bidders who purchase treasures can do so without a purchase fee.
  • Auction profits will go to the chapters.

Friday Afternoon: Arrive and socialize.

5:30 PM: Coffee is on, join us for homemade sandwiches. Bring a dessert to share, if you care to, and bring your beverage if it isn't coffee. You will need a lawn chair because. . . .
Following Coffee: Live and in person, Susan Jayne Nashville recording artist.
Saturday:
8:00 AM: Breakfast for everyone, bring your plates, etc.
10:00 AM to Noon: Bring your treasures to the pavilion to register them for the auction.
1:00 PM: Auction! Auction! Auction!
5:00 PM: Chicken barbecue with all the fixings. Bring your beverage if other than coffee.
Following Dinner: Surprise singer. (We can't tell you who, it's a surprise.)
Sunday Morning:
8:00 AM: Coffee and goodies. Relax, socialize, or visit nearby attractions like Sturbridge Village.
DIRECTIONS:
From East, West, and South: Take the Mass Pike (I-90) to Exit 9. Follow Rt. 184 West for about a mile to US 20 East for about a mile to Rt. 49 to the end (10 minutes). Turn right on Rt.9 East. Go to the next light (about a mile) and turn left. The fairgrounds are about a mile ahead on the left.
From the North: Take Rt. 9 West from I-290 in Worcester, or East from Ware, 13 miles to Spencer. Turn North on Rt. 31, follow FMCA and fairground signs.
PARKING:
If you arrive together, we'll try to park you together. Except for the working committees, no arrivals before Friday noon, please. Try to arrive with holding tanks empty and water tank full. There are water faucets, but CAUTION, the pressure is very high.
